Grotta del diavolo

Grotta del diavolo

The Devil’s Grotto – or “Grotta del diavolo” as the local people call it, is a particularly attractive place for bathers who are attracted more to natural attractions than the comfort of the cultivated beaches with sun loungers, sunshades and catering offer, because it is the highest point of the Lungomare coastal promenade. Grotta del diavolo also holds a secret – underneath it is a small underground cave which can only be entered by diving under the surface of the sea, and for those brave people who crawl into its belly, it offers a unique feeling of separation from the outside world and the union with the sea and karst. Nearby this attractive cliff is also the recently landscaped beach of Punta Kolova, whose several “terraces” offer an excellent opportunity for sunbathing and diving into the sea.
